Dr. Pooja Patel is the Director and Manager of FamilyCreation4All, bringing a wealth of medical expertise and international Fertility Guidance experience to the team. She holds an MBBS from Seth GS Medical College and an MD from Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai, and is a proud member of the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) and the Indian Society for the Study of Reproduction and Fertility (ISSRF).

With over 20 years of experience in managing medical practices, Dee Gulati has successfully led Patients Medical, Surrogacy4All, and Indian Egg Donors, supporting more than 15,000 patients. An IIT Madras B.Tech, UC Berkeley MS, and University of Chicago MBA graduate, Dee combines strong operational expertise with a heartfelt passion for helping families realize their dreams through egg donation and comprehensive Fertility Guidance services.

HR And Finance Manager
She manages and oversees the financial and human resources operations of FamilyCreation4All Consultancy. She ensures accurate financial reporting, effective people management, and full compliance with company policies and ethical standards, in alignment with the organization’s mission of delivering compassionate, transparent, and professional family creation and Fertility Guidance services.
Legal And Compliance Manager
She serves as a communication link between FamilyCreation4All and associated fertility clinics, agencies, and coordinators. She ensures smooth, timely, and accurate communication through phone calls and WhatsApp, while maintaining proper tracking and documentation of all updates, records, and follow-ups related to clients and Fertility Guidance cases.
Client Coordinator
She manages and coordinates the documentation and communication processes between Family Creation4All, intended parents, and fertility clinics. She ensures that all forms and contracts are correctly shared, completed, and stored while maintaining organized records and assisting with compliance and administrative follow-ups.
