Dr. Pooja Patel is the Director and Manager of FamilyCreation4All, bringing a wealth of medical expertise and international surrogacy experience to the team. She holds an MBBS from Seth GS Medical College and an MD from Grant Govt. Medical College, Mumbai, and is a proud member of the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction and the Indian Society for the Study of Reproduction and Fertility. She also completed a Fellowship in Embryology from Medvarsity, further strengthening her proficiency in reproductive medicine.
With hands-on experience managing surrogacy cases across the USA, Canada, and Ghana, including her tenure at Surrogacy4All USA, Dr. Patel combines medical knowledge with compassionate care. Known for her empathetic approach and clear communication, she ensures that every intended parent receives personalized guidance throughout their surrogacy journey.
Driven by a passion for family creation, Dr. Patel is dedicated to helping intended parents fulfill their dreams and build their families with confidence and care.
With over 20 years of experience in managing medical practices, Dee Gulati has successfully led Patients Medical, Surrogacy4All, and Indian Egg Donors, supporting more than 15,000 patients. An IIT Madras B.Tech, UC Berkeley MS, and University of Chicago MBA graduate, Dee combines operational expertise with a heartfelt passion for helping families realize their dreams through egg donation and surrogacy.
She is the primary point of contact for Intended Parents and clinics, managing communication, case coordination, and appointment scheduling. Deepa C plays a vital role in introducing clients to the surrogacy and IVF process, coordinating with clinics, and ensuring each Intended Parent receives accurate information and support.
Manages and oversees the financial and human resources operations of Family Creation4All Consultancy. She ensures accurate financial reporting, effective people management, and compliance with company policies and ethical standards in alignment with the organization’s mission of providing compassionate and transparent family creation and surrogacy services.
She serves as a communication link between Family Creation4All and associated fertility clinics, agencies, and coordinators. She maintains smooth, timely, and accurate communication through phone calls and WhatsApp, ensuring all updates, records, and follow-ups related to clients and surrogacy cases are properly tracked and documented.
